Fountain Valley-based Slapfish, known for its Lobster Rolls and Chowder Fries, will add 50 locations in six new states, the company said Monday.
The multi-operator deal will bring the restaurant chain to Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and Texas.
Slapfish currently has six units in California; it’s expanding through a partnership with Fransmart, a franchising company.
